Shipping policy

We love receiving each and every order and we can't wait to get it to you!

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct in the address line. If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, a shipping refund will not be issued.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Many items are made to order and take time to make and package so that they arrive safely at your door.

All orders are shipped from Virginia via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size, and carrier rates. Please refer to your email for tracking information.

I am not responsible for the package once it has shipped. Please note that shipping estimates do not always take into account unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier, and it's helpful to allow some extra time for your package to arrive beyond the estimated date of delivery.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly if an issue arises. That said, please always feel free to reach out to me and I will try my best to help in any way I can!

I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure they arrive as they should. If a product is damaged, please contact me at info@alyssamaecrafts.com to request a replacement/refund.
